QUALITY
For all stages of the production cycle, the products
are subjected to stringent tests, including procedures required
by EU Directives and our own internally specified procedures designed
exclusively to ensure that we always provide the market with products
of the highest quality.
PRESSING OF DISHED ENDS:
With the use of several automated dished end
stamping presses we are able to cover our entire production range
of tanks and separators.
TANKS CONSTRUCTION:
All the tanks we build adhere to the main EU
directives. Specifically, we can comply with customer requirements
by building our products in compliance with Directive 87/404/EC
or P.E.D. 97/23/EC.
The resulting high quality products are guaranteed by our sophisticated
production lines, which feature wide scale use of automation and
robot islands.
 CUSTOMIZATION:
With more than 50 years of experience in the
field, S.E.A. has achieved excellent results thanks also to our
extremely flexible manufacturing system, which means that we can
meet all individual customer requirements by fitting special accessories
and metal fabrications to customer specifications.
PACKING:
We have developed specific pallets for each
product type to ensure that each tank will arrive in perfect condition
at its destination – in Italy or anywhere in the world.
FINISHED PRODUCT STOCKS:
To comply with our guideline principle of maximising
customer satisfaction, we always keep a very extensive stock of
finished products so that we can fill multiple orders with the
utmost rapidity. We also maintain ample stocks of raw materials.
TECHNOLOGY:
We have invested heavily in technology for
many years, obtaining results that place us today among tank
manufacturing sector leaders.
SEPARATORS:
In 2008 we decided to complete our production
range of pressure vessels by developing a new type of tank
in the form of air/oil separators, exploiting our consolidated
experience in the manufacture of standard
tanks and pressure vessels. |
