UNI EN ISO 9000 certified painting process.
After an accurate process of phospho-degreasing or sand-blasting, the tanks are placed in special ovens where the epoxy powder coating is applied by means of automatic electrostatic guns.
Once the polymerization of the powder has been completed, the product is carefully inspected, checking for any defects and then proceeding with the final packaging, according to the specific needs of each customer.
In addition to the standard RAL 5015 blue color, the SEA painting service is able to supply a wide range of RAL colors with both smooth and textured treatment.
We can also offer an anticorrosive painting treatment by the electrostatic application of a primer, to ensure maximum resistance even in harsh environments.

Internal antibacterial painting*

Silver is a substance widely used since ancient times for its antibacterial activity.
The term antibacterial means an organic or inorganic substance that kills or inhibits the growth of microorganisms.
The treatment of painting inside the Silver Ions  guarantees a reduction of the bacterial load of 99.999% and at the same time prevents the proliferation of molds and fungi.

The material used for this type of treatment is approved by the FDA (USA Food & Drugs Administration), by the EFSA (European Food Safety Authority) and registered under the BPD (Biocidal Products Directive – Europe) making it particularly suitable for the medical sector.

Galvanising, Pickling and Passivation

The galvanising process is UNI EN ISO 1461 certified and is guaranteed by a relative Declaration of Conformity.
Galvanising, made both internally and externally, allows to protect the steel used for the construction of the tank from any corrosive actions of atmospheric agents. The tank is immersed in a molten zinc bath thanks to which the steel binds to the zinc, giving resistance to corrosion and durability over time.
The process, in addition to making the unassailable by rust, improves its appearance and increases its resistance to chemical and mechanical stress. The pickling process allows to uniformly eliminate the oxide layer formed after welding and allows the formation of a protective film on the surface of the tank thus increasing its strength and durability over time.
